Returns and Refunds

We are so confident that you will be delighted with your purchase; we will gladly take it back within 30 days for a full refund of the item price - no conditions, no exceptions. Adora’s guarantee also extends to our Adora Marketplace Shops on Amazon.com and Amazon.co.uk as Paradise Galleries, and eBay as ParadiseGalleriesDolls or HappyFindings. For items purchased from another seller in such Marketplaces we will not be able to honor and will VOID our guarantee warranty because we can't guarantee the condition of other sellers dolls. Orders of in-stock items are generally processed within 1 business day (Monday-Friday). You will be notified if any item is out of stock. Orders placed after 4:00 PM Pacific Time, please add an additional business day for delivery. Please allow additional time for delivery to PR, AK and HI.
Free Shipping on Orders $100 or more
Shipped via Fedex Smartpost or US Postal Service within the continental United States (does not include PR, AK and HI, Military addresses and other countries). Please allow 5-9 business days for delivery. For orders under $100, economy shipping fees are based on actual shipping weight of product or products and the delivery address.
Choose Ground for delivery within 3-7 business days. Ground Shipping fees are based on actual shipping weight of product or products and the delivery address.
Choose Expedited for delivery within 2-3 business days. Expedited Shipping fees are based on actual shipping weight of product or products and the delivery address. Expedited shipping is not available for PO Box, APO or FPO and out-of-stock items. Express shipping charges are not refundable.
International orders are not eligible for any FREE Shipping Offers. Paradise Galleries is NOT responsible for the tax/customs/duties fees that will be charged by the buyer's respective country. These fees are NOT included in the shipping and handling fees that Paradise Galleries charges. These are some of the countries that charge tax and customs fees - United Kingdom, Australia, Brazil and Canada. The risk of loss and title for items purchased by you passes to you upon our delivery of the items to the carrier. Replacement of products and credits to your account for shipped merchandise claimed as not received are subject to our investigation, which may include postal-service notification.
