August 15th is finally here and it's the ONE day a year when it's completely acceptable and often expected that we ignore our smartphones, neglect answering emails and simply relax, because it's National Relaxation Day!
Similar to the practices of the British Holiday "National Slacker Day", we should observe this holiday by, you guessed it, doing next to nothing.
"Nothing" can include turning off our social media, not being glued to an LED screen and not having our time monopolized by work or stress. Take a walk in the park, have a game night or go to a Yoga class. However you do it, get your relax on today!
It't not selfish, its good for our health.
