We are currently offering these two retailer programs:

Platinum Retailer Program (Top Tier)

A qualifying opening order of $2,500 or more received by March 31, 2017 earns:

  • 10% discount on initial opening order
  • Net 90 days dating and free freight on initial opening order
  • Free freight and 90 days on reorders of $350 or more throughout year
  • Free demo set ($150 value!)
  • Designation as a top tier, platinum retailer on Adora website

 

Premium Retailer Program

A qualifying opening order of $1,200 or more received by March 31, 2017 earns:

  • Net 60 days dating and free freight on initial opening order
  • Free freight and net 60 on reorders of $350 or more throughout year
  • Designation as Premium Retailer on our website

 

Terms & Conditions (Effective January 1 – December 31, 2017)

  1. Minimum Opening Order, New Accounts: $250.
  2. NOTE: Opening orders for new customers must be prepaid. VISA, MASTERCARD and AMERICAN EXPRESS accepted. Company check is also accepted but order will not ship until payment has cleared.
  3. Minimum Reorder, Existing Accounts: $150
  4. All items must be ordered in pack quantities or their multiples.
  5. Payment Terms: Payment terms are net 60 for qualified retailers unless otherwise specified by special programs.
  6. Freight: freight charges are specified on the corresponding invoice. NOTE: In cases where a program specifies FFA, Payment for these orders MUST be received by the payment due date to receive the allowance. If payment is received after the due date the offer is null and void and the customer is responsible for the freight.
  7. Orders shipped FOB Adora USA Maryland warehouse.
  8. Adora freight policy does not cover inside delivery.
  9. Damage claims must be reported to the carrier immediately and to Adora within 10 days of delivery.
  10. Returns must have prior written authorization.
  11. All orders subject to acceptance by Adora.
  12. Prices and styles subject to change without notice.
  13. All accounts must have a credit application and account profile on file at Adora's U.S. headquarters.
  14. Past-due invoices will incur finance charges (1.5% per month).
