We take SAFETY seriously

Adora is Safety Tested

Sponsored by the Juvenile Products Manufacturers Association (JPMA) since September 1991, Baby Safety Month is a month long event that helps to increase consumer awareness of safety issues and the safe selection and use of baby products. We thought it would be a great time to let you know how Adora is taking a proactive stance on children’s health and safety all year long!

Safety Tested for Your Peace of Mind

At Adora, we understand the importance of offering quality products that are not only fun to play with, but also safe for children of all ages. We’ve taken important steps to insure that each and every Adora toy meets the highest standards of the current Consumer Products Safety Improvement Act (CPSIA) standards and regulations…period. In addition, every Adora product is tested with a certified third party laboratory to confirm it conforms to the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) protocols for product safety rules with regards to soluble lead content, phthalates, flammability, labeling, hazardous metals, small parts, and mechanical hazards. Child safety is very important to us!

Non Toxic & No Reaction – Seriously!

Adora products meet the CPSIA guideline and ban on Phthalates, which are chemicals often used to make plastic toys softer and/or more pliable. In addition, you can rest assured that our products contain fewer allergens and the substances and particles that irritate allergy-sufferers, and are less likely to cause an allergic reaction.

Did You Know We’re FREE?

That’s BPA free! What is BPA? BPA is a chemical used to make resins and other products. In 2012, the Food & Drug Administration banned the use of BPA in baby bottles and children’s drinking cups. We’ve taken a proactive approach and banned it from all of our dolls and toys – keeping young ones free from these potentially toxic chemicals.

Wait – Machine Washable, Too?

Life happens, and sometimes a favorite doll needs a little TLC. Not to worry, as Adora has been creating award-winning dolls that are not only cute and cuddly, but many of our dolls are also 100% machine washable (noted with our machine washable icon). For these dolls, no matter what mishaps may occur, just pop her in a pillowcase and then the washing machine and she’ll be as good as new! Always remember to air dry.

We believe toys should inspire adventures and spark imaginations. For over 20 years we’ve been inspiring young minds with award-winning dolls and accessories that kids love and moms approve. All of our products are thoughtfully crafted to give parents peace of mind – they’re playful, creative, durable and most of all, they’re Made for Play!

Not only are our toys ADORAble...they've got The Adora Difference!
