On September 12th, 2018, the Adora Team had the pleasure of donating toys to CHOC's Family Night event! The Adora Fairy came to wish children joy, good health, and LOVE.
CHOC, Children's Hospital of Orange County, is a pediatric health care community committed to the health and well-being of children through clinical expertise, advocacy and research. From the courage of their patients, to the expertise of their medical staff and associates, to the generosity of donors and volunteers - every individual makes a difference in the lives of the children they serve and we couldn't be happier to help make a difference with them. At Adora, not only is children's safety and health important to us, but we want to make sure that Kids Be Kids...even while in the hospital.

Members from the Adora Team headed to CHOC to set-up a wall of toys that children could choose from to play with and keep! We had so much fun meeting the kids and their families, encouraging them to choose whatever toys they wanted! The best part was seeing their faces light up as we tell them they get to pick out whatever they wanted! It was especially heartwarming to hear little ones ask to pick out toys for their brother or sister who was too sick to come down to the event.

We always have a great time with the CHOC volunteers who take time out of their busy lives to help and assist caring for the children and just playing with them! We even met Ana from Frozen!!

We are proud to be a part of a family that loves to Play it Forward. "Play it Forward" is an important phrase for us because we feel it is our social responsibility and part of our culture to go out and do some goo din our communities through charities, donations, volunteer work and actions of love and care. This sense of purpose is passionately demonstrated in our actions by regularly visiting Children's Hospitals, donating toys to Fire Station Drop Offs, participating in Military Family Events, donating to children around the world and remote villages, "Adopting a Family" for the holidays and much, much, more. Not only do we love creating fun, inspiring toys that are Made for Play, but we also want to make sure we give back. It is our responsibility to do our part to help create a healthy and nurturing future for all!
